Bioscience Institute is an independent company which owns a stem cell lab and research center in San Marino.  Bioscience Institute, in collaboration with prestigious Italian and foreign universities, deals with scientific research work whose aim is to extend the possible clinical applications of stem cells to various areas of medicine: cardiology, surgery, neurology, gynaecology and dermatology.  They have been granted the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification by the EU.
