Business Experience

Bioprocrearte was founded in 2004 as a subsidiary of Procrearte, a leading institution in reproductive medicine that is affiliated to the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires. In 2011 Bioprocrearte formed an alliance with BCU of Mexico (official name BCU Bioprocrearte). In late 2015 BCU of Mexico was acquired by the private equity company CryoHoldCo, a subsidiary of ACON investments. Bioprocreartewas the first bank in Argentina to offer the storage of mesenchymal cells from cord tissue.
