Saneron CCEL Therapeutics Inc. is a biotechnology R&D company that conducts research in partnership with the University of South Florida (USF).  Their research programs are testing cord blood stem cells in animals for application to neurological and cardiac therapy.  Their research does not require extensive advance screening of donors, because cells from the cord blood will not be infused into humans.
