Starting 14 April, "FedBizOpps" (www.fbo.gov) began releasing notices about components of the C.W. Bill Young Transplantation Program for the National Cord Blood Inventory (NCBI). This is the national program of cord blood banking which was passed into law in Dec 2005 and is summarized on the page of this website about Cord Blood Legislation.
