ExpectMore.gov
6 February 2006
The US federal government (which is currently controlled by the Republican party) launches a new website: ExpectMore.gov. The stated mission of the website is to provide taxpayers with candid,
easy-to-understand assessments of what the government is doing to improve federal program
performance.
Assessment scoring is performed by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, not an independent agency. It is quite possible that all the scores are rigged to either make programs look good, or to set them up to be able to show dramatic improvement at a later date.
Here is what ExpectMore.gov has to say about the National Bone Marrow Donor Registry Assessment (ie: NMDP).
