Changed FDA Rules for HCT/P Donors

Last minute changes to FDA rules for donors of HCT/Ps (Human Cells, Tissues, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Products): The new rules take effect today and have been amended because interested parties made clear that their implementation would be impractical in some cases. None of these changes pertain to cord blood.
