California to Review Grant Applications

The California Institute for Regenerative Medicine, the $3 billion stem cell research program created by Proposition 71, appoints a panel to review grant applications. Among those chosen is Pablo Rubinstein, founder of the NY Blood Center National Cord Blood Program.
