Judicial panel on Multi-District Litigation rules to consolidate all PharmaStem lawsuits re patents '645 and '427 to Delaware District Court under Judge Sleet. Stembanc is named under PharmaStem as a third-party defendant. Also pending in Delaware is an "unfair competition" action against PharmaStem by Viacell.
