Kenneth Worth Lawsuit Dismissed

The Superior Court of the State of California dismissed the Kenneth Worth lawsuit accusing private cord blood banks of "fraudulent marketing" on the grounds that the suit violated California's Anti-SLAPP Statute, which protects against "Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation". Several states now have similar statutes.
