Kenneth Worth Lawsuit
25 June 2004
Private cord blood banks reply to a lawsuit by Kenneth Worth (docket# 04cc05566 - California Civil Court, Orange County). The Plaintiff charges that the Defendants practice "fraudulent marketing", and seeks that: they should be required "to inform each of their customers of the tremendous value of publicly banked Cord Blood", and "to give each of their customers the opportunity to obtain a full refund of any amounts paid and to have their privately banked cord blood donated to a public institution".
