CORD BLOOD BANKING SERVICES:

  • Biohellenika prefers collection of cord blood before the delivery of the placenta, by gravity drip.

CORD BLOOD BANKING SERVICE:
  • ProCell contract includes courier transport from the maternity clinic to the lab.
  • ProCell collection kit contains gel packs to maintain stable temperature.  The kit has been tested to maintain room temperature for 48 hours, but delivery time is usually 30 min to 36 hours.
